In this class you will learn to build a non-combative HEMA related workout- for personal fitness, or for your school. The first part of the workshop would be looking at what sort of movements and exercises HEMA athletes do a lot, and depending on your weapon of choice what muscle groups tend be activated and how to strengthen them.
The second part of the class we will explore basic fundamental movements and exercises. This will be followed by learning certain solo drills and forms with the Longsword. Then prepare yourself to get sweaty as we combine this all together. The class will end with a full 60 minute fitness class.
