Workshop Proposals!

Fill out the FOOOOORRRRRMMMM! If you are interested in teaching a workshop for Swordsquatch 2018, please fill out the form and provide us with a brief bio and description of your class. Please let us know what kind of weapons you will be using.

If you would like to be considered for more than one class, or you just have a few different options, there are extra spaces for that! if you have more than 3 fill out an additional form.

Please look over the >> instructor guidelines and reimbursement policy << before submitting your workshops.

IMPORTANT: If you are submitting a workshop DO NOT register for the event yet. if you wish to compete in Women's or Open Steel Longsword or the Cutting Clinic DO register and pay for that ONLY. If your workshop is not selected and you wish to attend the event you will be able to register at the Early Bird price.
(refunds are a pain, don't make Beth sad)

While we hope to give everyone the opportunity to teach we have limited time and space so submitting a workshop does not guarantee that it will be added to this year's roster.
We will be taking proposals until March 31st and will contact everyone regarding final decisions by April 15th.

Note: There is no overall "theme" for the workshops... other than "historical". Workshops that provide space for experimentation or exploring unique weapons or systems are highly encouraged.
